The Fitness Loft and the Newtown Youth Academy are excited to launch their 2010 Fall Speed and Strength Programs.  These programs are designed for both male and female athletes, ranging from 8 years old all the way through high school athletes.  Based on the unbelievable success we demonstrated over last winter, spring and summer with local teams & players, we can assure you that your athlete(s) will become faster, stronger and more explosive.  Combing the highest qualified staff, state of the art equipment and world class facilities our programs are quickly becoming the SECRET WEAPON for athletes looking to go to the next level. We use professionally recognized testing equipment and perform pre and post tests for all of our athletes.  These results are key to measuring the progress and success of your athletes and the Speed & Strength Program!

- Digital timed 40 yard Dash

- Pro Agility

- Beep Test

Strength

- Professional Vertical Jump Test

- Bench Press

- Dead Lift

- Body Fat

- Broad Jump

Bring your team (at least 9 athletes) in to ex experience the best training around. We will customize your schedule and keep you in shape during your offseason. After all, there is no offseason at the NYA!
